I liked this article very much! Can't say I was that keen on the Lockers/Libraries idea but certainly tagging/recommendation and an IM widget in some areas of the site. Have lately been looking at the use of Meebo and Chatango, and this article kind of expanded on my initial thoughts. Nice!!
